Hello and welcome to our class website,

     I am looking forward to having a great time teaching and learning with your child this 2017-2018 school year. Here are somethings you and your child can look forward to: 

• developing social skills 
• learning /improving reading skills 
• developing numeracy 
• fine arts exploration 
• research using IIM 
• science investigation 
• building confidence and independence

Our goal is to work with you to build a strong foundation for your child's educational career. Through focused efforts and continuous communication, I know we will succeed.

To begin the year, Kindergartners review colors and shapes. We focus on one color each day. We sing a song about the color, learn to spell the color and even have a snack of the color. To make things even more interesting, we ask the students to wear a shirt that matches the color of the day.
